Event Description

'Summer Splash-2025', an exciting excursion designed for everyone aged 4 and up; to spark a passion for the great outdoors.


Pack breakfast or snacks for yourself or for young'uns, connect with fellow parents, friends, and children, and dive into a variety of enjoyable, nature-inspired activities.


Led by the skilled team at DivingDeep, this is sure to be a memorable experience. Bring your friends and let's make some wonderful outdoor memories together!


Age:

  • Between 3 and 9 years, along with guardian
  • Anybody above 9 years


Activities:

Swimming, Hydro meditation, Earthing, Nature walk, Contemplation team drawing, Reflection sharing


Location:

Kathlal Wilderness

(7 kms from reporting location)


Date & Time:

23rd May - 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm (Evening slot)


Fees:

₹1800 per child between 3 and 9 years, along with one guardian

₹1000 per any individual above 9 years

(Fees include hiking, all activities, materials, some fruits & snacks and overall execution charges. Transportation has to be arranged on your own.)

Essential checklist:

- Small daypack

- Weather-appropriate clothing (prefer fullbody covered clothing, avoid jeans and joggers)

- Extra pair of clothing/ swimwear

- A thin towel

- A wet bag (for wet clothes/costume)

- Bandana/ thin cotton napkin (cover face and ears)

- Cap/ hat

- Sturdy shoes along with socks

- Drinking water (one ltr.)

- Some food/ snack (prefer homemade, in an airtight container, no disposables or foils allowed)

Rules and Regulations:

  • Adhere to the instructions and protocols provided by hiking instructors during the program.
  • Avoid unnecessary breaks and talks during the trail to help manage time better.
  • Photography is restricted.
  • Do not bring packaged food, carbonated drinks, or plastic-wrapped items.
  • Leave pets at home, and do not carry tobacco, alcohol, or intoxicants.
  • Keep the environment clean by not contaminating water, soil, or air, and avoid carrying chemicals.
  • Take all waste with you, including biodegradable items, and dispose of them properly in urban areas.
  • Follow and encourage Leave-No-Trace outdoor ethics and principles.


Other Notes:

During the registration process, participants are required to sign a disclaimer form. Participants are responsible for organizing their own transportation to the location. It is encouraged to assist one another with carpooling from the designated reporting location. Additionally, hydration refill will be offered at the base, before and after the hike.

• DivingDeep reserves all rights of admission for all the camps/ hikes/ treks/ excursions/ events/ workshops/ other programmes.

• Participant(s)/ Guardians should understand the risks involved in any hiking, trekking, camping or adventure activity, before enrolling.

• In case of any injury, sickness, accident, death or any other casualty or loss or damage of valuables or luggage or any equipment; organisers, volunteers or experts or any other person involved wholly or partially, either individually or jointly with DivingDeep shall not be responsible in any manner. For the same and no claims of participants, parents, guardians, relatives or friends of participants will be entertained.

• During the workshop/ camp/ trek/ hikes/ any adventure activity conducted/ facilitated by DivingDeep, the participants shall abide by the instructions and decisions of the Management or authorized representative of DivingDeep.

• During the camps/ hikes/ treks or any adventure activity, the decision of the authorised representative of DivingDeep shall be final and binding on all participants.

• If participant(s) is/ are found to disobey the directions/instructions of the authorised representative of DivingDeep, participant(s) shall themselves be liable for consequences faced.

• In the case of any medical ailments, disorders etc. of the participants, they will have to inform the organisers in advance at the time of registration for the workshop.

• Participant(s) is responsible to inform the representative of DivingDeep regarding any medical ailments and disorders etc. arising during the program should be informed to the organisers.

• Consumption of liquor, tobacco products, cigarettes or any other drugs/ intoxicated stuff is strictly prohibited.

• Participant(s) should follow eco-friendly behaviour and respect nature i.e. avoids destruction of the flora and fauna, avoid plastics in the places visited, avoid picking any natural artefacts etc.

• DivingDeep reserves all rights to change the venue/ dates/schedule or cancel the events in certain critical instants. In such an event, DivingDeep reserves the rights to reimburse the amount to the participant.

• If required in certain treks/ hikes/ camps/ workshops, the participants will have to take medical treatment from the doctor/ attendant available on the campsite or from the nearest available medical centre or hospital. The expenses for all medical treatment and arrangements for the same will be solely borne by the participant.

• Any incidental/additional expenses incurred during the camps shall be borne by the participants.

• The amount once paid is non-transferable to any other program or to any other person.

• Refunds or transfers will not be provided for cancellations or modifications once registration/booking has been completed for this particular excursion.


DivingDeep is attendant to "Leave No Trace" principles and outdoor ethics. It is an effort to be responsible for a better environment and stewardship. We offer responsible hiking/ wilderness experience, for which DivingDeep and its conductors reserve the right to terminate participants with a no-refund policy for any unreasonable behaviour during the hike/ trek/ camp/ workshop/ event.
