Grounded by Earth, Guided by Yog.
Join us this International Day of Yoga on a heartfelt excursion that combines hiking and yog practices - an exploration of both nature and your inner self.
Through conscious asana, breathwork and meditation, we will ground our inner energies by re-connecting with the earth elements. Each practice will serve as a step on the Inner Walk; where movement meets stillness and breath leads your trail.
Along with DivingDeep team hiking experts, the Yog related practices will be guided by Shweta Thakkar, she is a Holistic Yog Facilitator devoted to guiding others on their journey inward. Rooted in traditional wisdom and mindful presence, she holds space for integrative healing through Yog in all its forms - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
We will facilitate a hiking orientation at the beginning of the hike. As a group, we will practice hiking in silence, engaging all activities as per the theme of the Yoga Day, breath-work, earthing, enjoying peace and sharing hiking meal. We will conclude the hike with a reflective sharing circle.
